Cole Slaw with Vinagrette
COLE SLAW WITH VINAGRETTE
Makes about 15 cups.
3 lbs shredded cabbage, half red, half green
1 lb thin sliced red onion
3 tbsp fresh minced dill
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 c good olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
toss cabbage and onion together. in small bowl, whisk remaining
ingredients together, then toss with slaw. chill overnight and
serve.
