Pasta with Butter and Parmesean
PASTA WITH BUTTER AND PARMESEAN
Serves 4.
1 lb pasta, linguine or spaghetti
2 oz finely grated Parmesan cheese (1c)
4 tbs butter, cut into pieces
pepper to taste
Cook the pasta in salted water.
When the pasta is done, drain well and return to pot. Add the butter
and Parmesan and mix well. Pepper to taste and serve immediately.
