Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake
PUMPKIN PIE CHEESECAKE
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c (packed) golden brown sugar
1 c heavy cream
1 c sour cream
2 large eggs
1 large egg yolk
1.5 c canned pure pumpkin (2 maybe?)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp pumpking pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
2 deep dish 9" frozen pie shells, or parbaked homemade.
Preheat oven to 375.
Cream cream cheese and sugars together. Add cream and sour cream.
Add eggs one at a time. Add pumpkin, vanilla and spices.
Bake for about an hour, or until the center is set.
